Hello, I am Robert G. Male.
Welcome to WraithStop. Here you will find links that I think are of interest.
Furthermore these are links that I want to keep track of because they have given me either ideas or some other form of
inspiration for my writing. Links are listed in order lowest to highest both in the date they are given and the order
in which they appear (meaning: read them from the bottom up for a certain day's list). Some of these sites may require
you to sign up for free. Without further ado, the links...

3) Pyramiden - A Russian Ghost Town in the Arctic - Travelogue
- It seems a common thing currently to find ghost towns in Russia, especially the
northern portion. This one in particular, with its distinctive geological feature of the pyramidal mountain(s), is
evocative, made even more so by the description of objects left behind and the gruesome discovery of the cats which is
then subverted by the metal sunflower. Replace the acknowledged, mundane exodus with something more intriguing and
have at it.

2) Augmented Reality Camera Game Coming to DSi
- There is a lot of story fodder for plots and settings. The options available for
games are even greater in this market, which is likely to see explosive growth. This use of computers adding items to
a scene is seen in football or hockey games on TV; a demarcation line is there one moment and not the next. This
game inserts ghost images into the scene taken in by the game system's camera. What effects will changes in our
perception of reality stemming from things like this bring.

1) Vampire Moth Discovered
- It doesn't get better than this for creeping (or in this case flying) mass nature
versus man horror. The idea of this blood sucking behaviour coming about through previous members of the species or
other species drinking tears feels like it hearkens back to old tales from Russian mythology. The pen and paper
role-playing game Rifts® by Palladium Books® details in its Mystic Russia sourcebook (pg 81) a Hidden Witch
(a.k.a. Gypsy Witch) archetype that unwittingly release his or her rage during sleep in several physical forms
including a large grey moth.
