Haunt Jaunting to Missouri’s Zombie Road for Blogger Zombie Walk Day
also Zombie Road: The Road Where Urban Legends Actually Are Real
also Zombie Road: The True Story of One of Missouri's Most Haunted Places for best historical reference.
- That truth is stranger than fiction applies frequently and no more so than here
where a place is called Zombie road because some escaped mental institute patient had the nick-name zombie and from
that inauspicious event spawns numerous conflicting stories as to how the place got the name. I came across this
location when checking out a header that mentioned Shadow People; they're at Zombie Road too. The second link brings
in some occult practices going on in the deserted and haunted location as well as a wicked vicious story of a face and
scalp removal tragedy. The third article is maybe the driest once it gets going but has a good historical covering
of the road. Before that though is a chilling dsecription of reality warping that people notice.
